Sheriff's Office 

The Sheriff's Office provides uniformed patrols, investigations of motor vehicle crashes, criminal investigations, civil process, corrections/ courtroom security, and other services to provide for the protection of life, liberty and property of citizens. The Sheriff's Office also provides statistical information available through the Montgomery County Planning and GIS department link, Community Policing Data, and Uniform Crime Reporting for Virginia. If you are visiting the Courthouse, everyone must go through security screening and follow security rules that do not permit cell phones and other items.
