Montgomery County continues to work with stakeholders and community members to update its Comprehensive Community plan,
Montgomery Matters. The new plan will outline the County's future goals on a number of topics, including housing, recreation, future business growth, a variety of County services, and much more. Over the past year, community members have helped shape the goals and vision outlined in Montgomery Matters.
On May 29, from 5 to 7:30 p.m., "Action Matters," an interactive community workshop is being held to help determine strategies for the goals related to Montgomery Matters. The workshop will provide citizens a chance to collaborate with each other, the Montgomery Matters project team, and other community leaders on potential programs, initiatives, and partnerships to achieve the community's shared goals.
