Update at 10:30 a.m.

The Blacksburg and Meadowbrook library branches will open at noon today, December 5, 2025. 

The Christiansburg library branch will open at 10:30 a.m. today.

Due to inclement weather, the following Montgomery County offices are opening at 10:30 a.m.:

• Government Center
• Office of Elections 
• Department of Social Services 
• Montgomery-Floyd Regional Library Branches
• Clerk of the Circuit Court's Office 
• Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court 
• General District Court Clerk's Office (NOTE: All scheduled court with the General District Court has been cancelled for December 5, 2025. Rescheduling will take place as soon as possible.)

The consolidated sites will open at 1 p.m., today, December 5.
